About the Position

We are currently accepting candidates for the position of CDL B Driver in Hawthorne, New York. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $28 per hour with opportunities for overtime after 40 hours. The position involves local deliveries of HVAC supplies using a 26’ box truck equipped with a lift gate.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $28 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start Time: 5:30 AM – 6:00 AM
• Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Details

• Route Type: Local
• Freight: HVAC supplies
• Equipment: 26’ box truck with lift gate
• Handling: Heavy touch, liftgate deliveries with a pallet jack/dolly unload
• Stops: 8 – 10 stops per day
• Delivery Radius: Within 100-mile radius of the terminal
• Trucks are pre-loaded

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries of HVAC supplies
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle
• Unload freight using a liftgate and pallet jack/dolly
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Adhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL/box truck driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• CDL B License required
