About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support local operations in Wilmington. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $24 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm
• Home time: Daily

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL Class A equipment on local routes.
• Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks, including touch freight.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 4 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• No endorsements required.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
