CDL Class A Regional Driver — $1,600+ per Week

About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Regional Drivers to support our client’s operations in the Lexington, North Carolina area. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers steady regional work, reliable scheduling, competitive weekly earnings, and comprehensive benefits.

Pay & Schedule

Average pay: $1,600+ per week
Pay rate: $0.56 per mile plus stop pay, detention, layover, and per diem
Schedule: Sunday through Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m.
Home time: Home by Friday evening
Hours: 40 hours per week
Employment type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate CDL Class A equipment on regional routes.
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and applicable safety standards.
Perform required handling tasks, including heavy touch freight and tailgate delivery.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL Class A license.
6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
Ability to perform touch freight and tailgate handling duties.
