Customer Service Administrator - $20 Per Hour - Dallas, Texas

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Dallas, Texas, offering a pay rate of $20 per hour. This role is responsible for ordering merchandise for the inside warehouse and ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and prepared for delivery. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience. 

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $20 Per Hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM start
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform counter sales, returns, and credits for customers, including walk-in customers.
• Prepare cash sales tickets and route daily local delivery trucks based on customer orders.
• Receive telephone orders and ensure all orders are correctly input into the computer.
• Verify documentation for order entry and ensure the credit department receives orders for verification.
• Prepares and oversees ALL preparation for order processing.
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors in a courteous manner.
• Work overtime as requested to ensure maximum customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, order filling, and inventory control.
• Minimum of 1 year of alterations and dry cleaning industry experience preferred.
• At least 6 months in a supervisory position preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills.
