Dispatcher (Admin Specialist) - $21.50/hr

TransForce is seeking a Dispatcher to support Local operations in Lebanon, TN.

About the Job

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (20 hours per week) 1 pm-6 pm
Pay: $21.50/hr
Includes Dispatch and some Admin work. On-site position

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with dispatching and driver communications
Data entry and administrative support
Answer phones and respond to emails
Maintain operational records and documentation
Support daily transportation and logistics activities
General office and clerical duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
