Local CDL A Driver - $25 Per Hour - Benefits  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in West Columbia, SC. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am Start time

• Pay:  $25 Per Hour

• Route Type: Local throughout the Columbia area 

• Freight / Load Type: Paper and Office products 

• Handling: Touch freight, drivers unload at each stop, Warehouse duties when not making deliveries 

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: Delivery experience with packaging materials preferred, Forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right applicant

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport paper and office products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including unloading and helping out in the warehouse when not making deliveries
