Local CDL A Driver - $25 Per Hour + OT - 1st shift - No Touch Freight 

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in New Haven, IN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Driver Details 

• Schedule: 1st Shift, 4-5 days per week, 40-45 Hours per week

• Pay:  $25 Per hour + OT & Benefits

• Route Type: Local, 100-mile radius, mostly delivering to Northlake, IL.

• Freight / Load Type: Plastics and Moldings

• Handling: No touch freight

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment driver on local routes 

• Transport plastics and moldings in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role
