About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL A driver for local delivery operations based in New Haven, Indiana. This dedicated position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and a driver-focused work environment.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $25 per hour plus overtime
• Schedule: First shift, 4 to 5 days per week
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Employment Type: Dedicated
• Home Time: Home daily

Job Details

• Route Type: Local delivery within a 100-mile radius
• Service Area: Primarily deliveries to Northlake, Illinois
• Freight: Plastics and moldings
• Handling: No-touch freight
• Equipment: Automatic transmission

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport plastics and moldings in accordance with DOT and safety standards
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Meet the physical demands of the position

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A license
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• No endorsements required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
