Location: Reading, PA

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Reading, PA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $28 Per Hour + OT After 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Midnight to 6 AM start

Job Details

• Route Type: Local, may have an occasional layover
• Equipment: Manual Transmission
• Handling: No touch freight

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: Tanker required after 30 days of hire, Manual Transmission experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
