Local CDL A Drivers - $26 Per Hour - OT

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local routes, operations based in Gainesville, GA 
 

[Job type] Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time 7am

• Pay: $26 Per Hour + OT

• Route Type: Local 

• Freight / Load Type: Packaging materials

• Equipment: 53' Tractor Trailer or Dry Van

• Handling: Light Touch, loading and unloading

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport packaging materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including, light touch, loading and unloading

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
