About the Position

A Floater Driver is an additional driver assigned to the market to provide coverage for call-outs, vacations, leave requests, and other staffing shortages. Floaters help ensure route continuity and maintain service levels by filling in wherever operational support is needed.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $230 per day
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Handling: No touch freight

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for call-outs and staffing shortages
• Ensure route continuity and maintain service levels

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1.5+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
