About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced CDL Class A truck drivers to deliver automotive parts from Glen Burnie to dealerships throughout the region. This local, dedicated route position offers consistent work, home-daily routes, and reliable full-time hours.

Pay & Schedule

• $29.37 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours worked
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Saturday, with a five-day workweek
• Night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Dispatch times typically occur between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
• Home daily
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automatic Class A day cab tractor-trailer.
• Deliver automotive parts to dealerships on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and required DOT documentation.
• Provide professional customer service at each delivery location.
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance and work assigned schedules.
• Frequently enter and exit the tractor throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Walk, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Maintain constant awareness of surroundings while operating commercial vehicles.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
• Previous route delivery experience is preferred.
