About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Local CDL A Shuttle Driver for a dedicated, on-site opportunity in Nokesville, Virginia. This role involves shuttling trailers within the yard, transporting trailers to job sites, and making runs to a yard in Laurel.

Pay & Schedule

• $30 per hour
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 5:00 a.m. start time
• 40 hours per week
• Dedicated employment opportunity

Job Details

• Route type: Local
• Freight: Trailers and job-site materials
• Equipment: CDL A tractor-trailer equipment
• Handling: Light touch; trailer shuttling and repositioning

Key Responsibilities

• Shuttle trailers within the yard.
• Transport trailers to job sites.
• Move trailers to a yard in Laurel.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly while following applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
