About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL Class A Drivers for opportunities in Kansas City, Missouri. This position offers consistent Monday-through-Friday work, home daily, and paid training. Recent CDL graduates are welcome!

Drivers will collect and transport pork processing byproducts on local routes. The role involves working in industrial environments where strong odors are common.

Pay & Schedule

• $29.80 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours
• Approximately 45–55 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Start times between 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM
• 10–12-hour shifts, home daily
• 4–6 weeks of paid training

Job Details

• Route type: Local, within a 150-mile radius
• Equipment: Class A tractor-trailer with end-dump trailer
• Transmission: Manual
• Freight: Pork processing byproducts
• Handling: Collection and transportation of materials from customer facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A truck on assigned local routes.
• Collect and transport pork processing byproducts to designated facilities.
• Safely operate manual transmission trucks and end-dump trailers.
• Complete scheduled pickups and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Perform vehicle inspections and follow all DOT safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Tanker endorsement required before starting
• No experience required; recent CDL graduates welcome
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Comfortable working in environments with strong odors
• Ability to operate manual transmission equipment
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
