About the Position

TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL A Tanker Driver to support local operations in Reading, Pennsylvania. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, home-daily routes, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $28 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. start window
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Week: 4-day work week
• Home Time: Home daily
• Employment Type: Long-term flex
• Start Date: June 30, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Perform required handling tasks.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Manual transmission experience.
• Tanker endorsement required after 30 days of hire.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
