Local CDL A Truck Driver - $23 Per Hour  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Summerville, SC. 

 This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3am - 6am Start time 

• Pay:  $23 Per Hour

• Route Type: Local deliveries and shuttle runs 

• Freight / Load Type: Packaging materials, Driver will load truck with Forklift 

• Equipment: Day Cab, Manual Transmission 10 speed

• Handling: Light touch freight, Forklift use

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: NO auto restrictions

• Equipment Experience: 2+ years of recent Dry Van experience

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

• Transport packaging material in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including light touch freight & forklift use

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
