About the Position

Our client is seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver for dedicated store deliveries throughout South Carolina and North Carolina. This position offers home-daily routes, consistent support, and no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $0.58 per mile
• Additional mileage and stop pay
• Home daily
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• 10–11-hour shifts
• 2:00 p.m. start time
• Wednesday and Thursday off

• Route type: Local delivery
• Delivery area: Stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, including Wilmington, Charleston, and Raleigh
• Freight: No-touch freight
• Handling: Mostly drop-and-hook with occasional live unloads
• Equipment: Automatic day cab trucks, including Freightliner and Volvo models
• Employment type: Dedicated

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A day cab truck on local delivery routes
• Deliver freight to stores throughout South Carolina and North Carolina
• Complete drop-and-hook operations and occasional live unloads
• Follow all applicable transportation, safety, and operating procedures
• Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
