About the Position

TransForce is seeking CDL A Truck Drivers to support local delivery operations for our client in Indianapolis. This dedicated position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Guaranteed minimum weekly pay of $1,415, with earning potential up to $1,625 per week
• Pay based on mileage, stop pay, and drop-and-hook pay
• Extra-board on-call coverage pay of $1,565 per week
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Flexible availability for any shift required
• Monthly shift bids
• Local routes with daily home time

Key Responsibilities

• Transport auto parts in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
