CDL A Local Driver – $23/Hour + OT After 40

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $23.00 per hour + overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for a full-time, year-round opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!

This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with the goal of transitioning qualified drivers to full-time employment with the customer once conversion requirements are met.

Position Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Optional Saturday shifts available
• 10–12 hour shifts
• Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
• $23.00 per hour
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Year-round work
• Primarily local deliveries throughout the Phoenix Valley

Equipment & Freight

• May operate Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed equipment
• Freight may include:
  • Wine and beer
  • Costco freight
  • Paper products
  • General freight
• Approximately 95% drop-and-hook
• Some loading, unloading, or light labor may be required
• Strong backing skills are required for certain deliveries

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Strong backing skills
• Ability to navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley
• Stable work history
• Clean or acceptable MVR
• Ability to perform occasional loading/unloading when required
