Local CDL A Truck Driver - $30/hr

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local delivery operations in Bethlehem, PA. This is a long-term flex opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire placement.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $30 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work arrangement: On-site

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery
• Freight: Restaurant supplies
• Equipment: Automatic trucks
• Handling: Light touch; unloading with an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, or hand truck

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on local routes.
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform unloading tasks using a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
