About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable CDL A Yard and Shuttle Driver to support local operations in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. This on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $26.00 per hour, plus overtime after 40 hours
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment type: Long-term flex
• Work setting: On-site

Job Details

• Route type: Local delivery
• Freight: Trailer shuttling
• Equipment: Day cab and yard truck
• Handling: No-touch yard jockey and shuttle operations
• Most work is performed in the yard, with occasional local shuttle runs off-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes and within the yard.
• Shuttle trailers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform yard jockey and local shuttle duties.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Meet the physical demands of the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• No endorsements required.
