About the Position

TransForce is seeking a dependable CDL A Yard Switcher for a local, on-site position in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. This role offers consistent Monday through Friday work on second shift with no-touch freight.

Pay & Schedule

• $27.50 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM - Midnight

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local yard switching operations
• Move trailers and equipment safely within the yard
• Support efficient trailer placement and movement
• Follow established safety procedures and operating practices
• Maintain awareness of surrounding vehicles, equipment, and personnel

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
