Non-CDL Box Truck Driver - $22 Per Hour

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker | $22/hr | Chatham, MA  

TransForce is seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to support local operations based in Chatham, MA. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Details: 

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday; Start time 6AM; 8-10 hours per day; average 40 - 50 hours per week 

• Pay:  $22/hour, OT after 40 hours, $700 - $800 Estimated weekly pay

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: Hauling seafood to hotels & restaurants 

• Equipment: refrigerated box truck

• Handling: Pallet jack for deliveries & some warehouse work

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Minimum Requirements:  

• License: Non-CDL

• Experience: 3-6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate a refrigerated box truck on local routes 

• Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
• Some warehouse work required after deliveries are completed
