About the Position

Our client is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for local deliveries throughout New England. This role involves transporting electronics to small offices and warehouses while providing professional white glove delivery service. The position is based in Taunton, Massachusetts, and offers the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

Pay & Schedule

• $25.98 per hour
• Monday through Friday
• 1:00 p.m. start time
• 8-hour workdays
• 40 hours per week
• Local work based in Taunton, Massachusetts
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity

Job Details

• Route type: Local deliveries throughout New England
• Freight: Electronics delivered to small offices and warehouses
• Equipment: 16-foot box truck, refrigerated box truck, or cargo van
• Handling: White glove loading and unloading using a liftgate, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, or hand cart

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned non-CDL vehicles on local delivery routes.
• Deliver electronics to offices and warehouses throughout New England.
• Load and unload products using appropriate material-handling equipment.
• Provide complete white glove delivery service, including total pallet breakdown when required.
• Represent our client professionally while providing reliable customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• 3+ months of white glove delivery experience
• Valid DOT medical card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
