Job Details

We are hiring a Non-CDL or CDL B Driver in Gahanna, OH, with a pay rate of $23 to $27 per hour. This role offers home daily routes, making it a great option for drivers looking for local work. Drivers must have a valid license and a valid DOT med card. 

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $23 - $27 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday

What You'll Be Doing

• You will be hauling steel beams, steel columns, rebar, and fabricated steel to primarily residential construction sites.
• This role involves securing loads (strapping and chaining) and unloading at some job sites by hand or with a turn bar.
• Expect to make 5-6 stops per day, typically staying within a 150-mile radius.
• Drivers will train alongside experienced drivers for a couple of weeks.

What You Need

• Valid Driver's License or CDL B
• Valid DOT med card
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
