Non CDL Driver | $230.75 Per Day | Akron, OH

TransForce is seeking a NON CDL Driver to support local operations based in Akron, OH. This is a temp to hire position.

CDL B Driver Details

Schedule: Tues-Sat; 100 AM start time.

Pay: $230.75 Per Day

Route Type: Local

Freight / Load Type: Autoparts

Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Touch Freight - unload with pallet jack and dolly, some by hand, carts on wheels

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: Non CDL

Experience: 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

NON CDL Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate NON CDL vehicles on local routes

Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including unloading with palletjack, dolly and some by hand.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
