TransForce is seeking Non-CDL Drivers to support local operations based in Cincinnati, OH.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Non-CDL Driver Details:
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 1st shift
- Pay: $22 per hour, $850 - $950 Estimated weekly pay
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Machinery and steel products
- Equipment: Non-CDL flatbeds, box trucks, straight trucks, forklifts
- Handling: Light touch
- License: Driver's License with DOT Med Card
- Experience: at least 1 year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience. Preference toward candidates with delivery experience.
- Equipment Experience: Forklift, strapping
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Safely operate equipment on local routes
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
