TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Yard Jockey for an on-site, local position in Rural Hall, North Carolina. This role offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. The position is temporary to permanent.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $23.75 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Start date: July 21, 2026
• Employment type: Temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard jockey equipment.
• Move equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
• Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

• Two years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Non-CDL license or Class A CDL.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
