OTR CDL A Flatbed Driver - Earn Over $150,000 Per Year  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Gulfport, MS. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: 2 weeks out, 4 days home

• Pay:  $0.62cpm, or $0.67cpm with Hazmat/TWIC endorsement and 5 years of experience. Per Diem is $35/night, Tarp pay is $50 Per tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 per hour after the first hour and a half

• Route Type: OTR, 2 weeks out, Home time 2 to 4 days

• Freight / Load Type: [Describe load and route specifics] 

• Equipment: Mack Anthem with Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmission

• Handling: Tarping and strapping

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A 

• Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: Hazmat & TWIC card preferred

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes 

• Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
