CDL-A Driver – Pacific, WA

TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Driver to support nationwide operations based in Pacific, WA.

Temp-to-Hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL-A Driver Details:

• Openings: 1 Driver
• Schedule: 7 days per week
• Start Time: Early morning after completing a 10-hour sleeper reset
• Average Length of Day: Approximately 11 hours
• Pay: $0.60 per loaded mile + component pay, average $1500/Week
• Route Type: Nationwide
• Home Time: Regional/nationwide driving with sleeper operation
• Freight: Industrial materials and products
• Delivery Locations: Industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
• Loading/Unloading: Yes
• Equipment: 53' flatbed
• Transmission: Automatic

CDL-A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• 1 year of driving experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer and flatbed equipment

CDL-A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer on nationwide routes
• Transport and deliver freight to industrial areas, warehouses, and job sites
• Load and unload freight as required
• Secure and transport loads safely
• Complete required inspections, paperwork, and delivery documentation
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety requirements

Additional Pay:

• $50 Tarp Pay
• $100 Clean Inspection Bonus
• $100 Extra Stop Pay
