Part Time Yard Jockey | $24 Per Hour | Oxford, PA

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Yard Jockey to support part time operations based in Oxford, Pennsylvania. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

Yard Jockey Details 

• Schedule: Part time, Saturday and Sunday. 12 hour shifts, 7PM - 7AM. May be able to get additional hours during the week. 

• Pay:  $24 Per Hour - OT after 40

• Route Type: local

• Freight / Load Type: moving trailers within yard

• Equipment: yard jockey truck

• Handling: no touch

Yard Jockey Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: yard jockey truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

Yard Jockey Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate yard jockey truck 

• Transport trailers within the yard in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
