CDL A Yard Jockey Driver - Part Time Nights - $22 Per Hour

Location: Fernandina Beach, Florida

About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL A Yard Jockey Driver for local yard moves in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This position offers competitive pay at $22 per hour with overtime available after 40 hours.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22/hour
• Schedule:
  • Wednesday: 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM (½ day)
  • Thursday – Saturday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a yard jockey, moving trailers within the yard
• Move trailers outside the yard to nearby locations as needed
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff
• Follow dispatch and operational instructions closely

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 18 months of verifiable experience operating commercial vehicles comparable to those used on this account within the past 36 months, OR
• 12 months of verifiable experience within the past 24 months
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
