Part-Time Class A CDL Driver | $20/hr | West Columbia, SC

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in West Columbia, SC. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

Schedule: Working days between Mon-Fri, 2 am start time, 350 - 700 miles per week
Pay: $20/hr
Route Type: Local, delivery to box stores in NC, SC, and GA
Freight / Load Type: Retail material, 1-2 stops per day
Equipment: 53" Trailer
Handling: No-touch

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Equipment Experience: 53" Trailer
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate equipment on local routes
Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role
