About the Position

We are looking for a CDL A Driver in Saco, Maine, offering a pay rate of $33 per hour. This regional position features local routes with heavy touch freight, providing a solid opportunity for drivers who enjoy a hands-on approach. Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay Rate: $33 per hour + $75/night per diem, OT after 40 hours
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $1,500
• Schedule: Monday/Tuesday - Thursday/Friday
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Job Details

• Route Type: Regional routes to NH/VT and back to ME, layover in sleeper
• Freight: Hauling pre-hung doors to milwork stores, about 7-12 stops per day
• Handling: Tailgate the doors (100-125 lbs each), receivers will finish the unload

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional routes safely and efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery of freight
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A
• 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
