About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a long-term, flexible opportunity. This role involves regional driving with no-touch drop-and-hook freight and offers steady work, competitive pay, and access to benefits.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Overtime: After 40 hours
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,800
• Annual earning potential: Up to $80,000
• Hours per week: 40
• Schedule options:
  • Sunday through Thursday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday through Saturday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Job Details

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: No-touch drop-and-hook freight
• Equipment: Commercial tractor-trailer equipment
• Handling: Drivers should be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds
• Employment type: Long-term flexible assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly while completing assigned routes, pickups, and deliveries.
• Follow all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after each route.
• Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
• Complete deliveries and other assigned duties according to customer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Acceptable references from past employers.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and moving freight as needed.
