About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a long-term opportunity in Newburgh, NY. This position involves no-touch drop-and-hook freight with consistent routes and reliable scheduling.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Overtime: After 40 hours
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,800
• Hours per week: 40
• Available schedules:
  • Sunday through Thursday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday through Saturday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Employment type: Long-term flex
• Start date: July 17, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: No-touch freight
• Trailer operations: Drop and hook
• Handling: Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds
• Work setting: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned routes safely and responsibly.
• Complete pickups and deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Follow all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and cargo or vehicle damage before, during, and after each route.
• Safely enter and exit the vehicle and access the rear cargo area as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and moving freight as required.
