About the Position

Our client is seeking Regional CDL A Drivers for an on-site, long-term flexible opportunity in Westborough. This role involves no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations and offers steady regional routes, competitive pay, and benefits.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,800
• Hours per week: 40
• Schedule options:
  • Sunday through Thursday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday through Saturday, with start times between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Complete routes, pickups, and deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Follow all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Report equipment problems, accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after each route.
• Safely and legally operate a commercial motor vehicle.
• Safely and frequently enter and exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL A.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Acceptable references from past employers.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
