About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a full-time driving opportunity based in Burnsville, Minnesota. This role includes regional deliveries to locally owned businesses and customers throughout the Midwest, with occasional shuttle runs to Missouri.

Pay & Schedule

• $380 per day
• Monday through Friday
• 10 to 12 hours per day
• Approximately two overnight trips per week
• Start times vary; schedule flexibility is required
• Earliest departure time is 2:00 a.m.

Job Details

• Regional delivery routes throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North Dakota
• Freight consists of hardware products, with most shipments palletized
• Heavy-touch freight
• Operate 28-foot to 53-foot tractor-trailers
• Day cab equipment with manual transmissions
• Electric or manual pallet jacks are provided
• Hotel accommodations are provided and paid for during overnight routes

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on regional delivery routes
• Deliver hardware products to businesses and customers
• Load, unload, and handle touch freight using an electric or manual pallet jack
• Complete deliveries accurately and professionally
• Follow all applicable transportation and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Class A CDL
• Manual transmission experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
