About the Position

TransForce is seeking a Regional CDL A Driver for a full-time position based in Chillicothe, Missouri. This role involves regional deliveries to locally owned businesses and customers throughout Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $380 per day
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
• 10- to 12-hour workdays
• Approximately two overnight trips per week
• Start times vary between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Central Time
• Must be flexible with start times and overnight travel

Job Details

• Regional routes covering Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas
• Freight consists of hardware products, with most loads palletized
• Touch freight requiring loading and unloading responsibilities
• Electric or manual pallet jack provided
• Operate 28-foot to 53-foot tractor-trailers
• Manual transmission experience required for day-cab equipment
• Hotel accommodations are provided and paid for during overnight routes

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on regional routes
• Deliver hardware products to businesses and customers
• Load and unload palletized freight using an electric or manual pallet jack
• Complete deliveries efficiently while providing professional customer service
• Follow all applicable transportation safety procedures and regulations

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Class A CDL
• Manual transmission experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Ability to handle touch freight and overnight regional travel
