About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a full-time driving opportunity based in Madison, Wisconsin. This role includes regional deliveries to locally owned businesses and customers throughout the Midwest, with occasional shuttle runs to Missouri.

Pay & Schedule

• $380 per day
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
• Start times vary between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Central Time
• Schedule flexibility is required
• Approximately two overnight trips per week

Job Details

• Regional routes throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Iowa
• Occasional shuttle runs to customers in Missouri
• Hardware products, with most freight palletized
• Heavy-touch freight
• Operate 28-foot to 53-foot tractor-trailers
• Day cab equipment with manual transmissions
• Electric or manual pallet jacks are provided
• Hotel accommodations are provided and paid for during overnight routes

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on regional delivery routes
• Deliver hardware products to businesses and customers
• Perform touch-freight handling using provided pallet jack equipment
• Complete deliveries throughout assigned service areas
• Operate manual-transmission day cab equipment
• Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Experience: 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Manual transmission experience required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
