Regional CDL A Drivers - Up to $0.79/Mile + $75/Day | $2,000–$2,200/Week

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support regional operations in Shorewood, IL. This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, and additional compensation for regional miles and nights on the road.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Saturday if needed
• Dispatch: Nighttime dispatch at 5:30 PM
• Pay: Up to $0.79 per mile, depending on experience
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000-$2,200
• Per Diem: $75 for each night out
• Route Type: Regional
• Freight / Load Type: Furniture
• Handling: No-touch, drop-and-hook
• Deliveries: 2-5 per day
• Equipment: Freightliner/International - Automatics & Manual Trans

CDL Driver Minimum Requirements

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 1+ year of CDL A experience
• Clean MVR with no accidents or major traffic/DOT violations
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment on regional routes
• Transport furniture in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Safely complete no-touch drop-and-hook deliveries
