Regional Flatbed CDL A Driver – $0.50 per Mile | Moraine, Ohio

About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a regional flatbed position based in Moraine, Ohio. Drivers will haul concrete walls throughout the regional area while operating automatic Freightliner trucks. This is a home-daily opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $0.50 per mile
• Layover pay: $50.00
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: 5:00 a.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Home daily
• Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Job Details

• Route type: Regional
• Freight: Concrete walls
• Delivery areas: Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indiana areas
• Stops: 1 to 4 stops per day
• Equipment: Automatic 2022 Freightliner trucks
• Freight handling: Light touch; drivers are responsible for strapping and chaining loads
• No tarping required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle to transport freight to designated locations
• Secure loads properly using straps and chains
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Follow assigned routes and meet scheduled delivery times
• Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• At least 1 year of flatbed driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years old
