Warehouse Worker - $18.50 Per Hour - Smithfield, NC

TransForce is seeking Warehouse Workers to support Local operations based in Smithfield, NC. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time bewtween 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Pay: $18.50/hour plus overtime after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment, including pallet jacks
• Load trucks with correct orders
• Maintain orders in the warehouse
• Communicate effectively with operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience
• Experience: 3 - 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience
• Physically able to use the pallet jack to load trucks and work in warehouse
