About the Position

Our client is seeking a Yard Jockey to move trailers safely and efficiently within the yard. This is a local, on-site opportunity offering a four-day work week and the potential for temp-to-perm employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $22.25 per hour
• Schedule: Tuesday through Friday
• Shift: 3:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Hours per week: 40
• Orientation: 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. on the first day and possibly the second day
• Employment type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

• Move trailers safely and efficiently within the yard.
• Position trailers as directed for loading, unloading, and staging.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and yard operating guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Valid driver's license
• DOT Medical Card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
