The Inside Sales Person is an energetic, highly motivated, outgoing and hardworking individual that would represent various lines such Trail King, Side Dump Industries and Liddell, Dorsey, Armor Lite, Scona, Gaylean, Timpte, Towmaster. We sell a variety of construction trailers such as end dumps, flat beds, tag trailers, hydraulic, pneumatic trailers, and many more. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to learn outside sales!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dealing with walk-in customers.
• Personal contact with accounts.
• Product knowledge.
• Knowledge of customer needs.
• Presentation selling.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for the sale of trailers.
• Ensure the F&I department has an opportunity to finance and/or sell service -contracts and other credit products on new and used trailers.
• It is a must that you maintain follow-up records
• Liaison between Sales and parts/Service.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Climbing in and out of vehicles / Trailers
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Must be able to operate simple to complex heavy-duty machinery
• Manual dexterity. fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
• Ability to acquire / maintain a CDL A - we can assist in obtaining within the first 90 days.
• Ability to work independently and within a group
• Able to seek guidance when needed.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Good computer and phone skills.
• Colorado Auto Sales License.
• Direct knowledge or experience selling trailers is a plus
• Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales or the desire to learn.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times.
• Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
