Pay Details
- 68% + 100% Fuel Surcharge
- $4500 average weekly
Schedule
Schedule & Dispatch
- Drivers are typically out up to 3 days at a time
- No fixed home-time structure
- Operations run 7 days a week
- Standard loading, driving, and delivery window:
5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
(Occasional off-hour requests may occur)
Job Details
- Regional lanes typically include:
CO, KS, TX, AR, MS, and LA - All loads originate in Houston and return to Houston
- Out-and-back freight, no system runs
- Strong mix of dedicated regional lanes
- Assigned trucks
- Acrylic Acid
- Sulfuric Acid
- Isocyanates
- Acrylates
- Caprolactam
- General chemical products
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Tanker & hazmat endorsements
- TWIC Card
- Passport a plus before hire
- Pass Trimac safety assessment
- 2010 or newer tractor
- Sleeper Cab
- Pump, Compressor & Intransit Heat
Past 7 years without:
- Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
Past 3 years without:
- License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
A major preventable accident - Two or more moving convictions
