Flex CDL-A Open Deck Company Drivers

• Competitive hourly pay with bonus on top. Earn up to $25/hr* with an additional $2/hr safety and service bonus,* for drivers who bring professionalism to every run.
• A schedule built around your life. This flex position keeps you out 3-4 nights a week - giving you the earning consistency without the full-week commitments of OTR.
• Close to home. Runs typically stay within a 350-mile radius of the Quad Cities, keeping you on familiar roads and close to your home base.
• Night delivery flexibility. Drivers should be comfortable delivering at night on occasion as part of the role.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• OTR Open Deck - Specialized: Must be able to obtain TWIC card
