Local CDL Hatchery Egg Haul Driver
Open Positions: 2
Pay
- Hourly rate: $25.85
- Bonus: Perfect attendance bonus of $1.15 per hour
- Start Time: 5:00 AM
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and partial day Wednesday
This position is responsible for the safe and timely transport and delivery of eggs. The role requires operating diesel-powered tractor trailer combinations while complying with all Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.
The Hatchery Egg Haul driver must maintain a safe work environment and follow all Tyson policies and procedures. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, including tasks directed by management.

Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience, or 9 months within the past 12 months
- Must be able to care for chicks in both hot and cold weather conditions
- Must maintain all required DOT paperwork
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening
- Must pass both urine and hair follicle drug tests as required by DOT regulations
- Must successfully complete a road test
- Must pass a background screening
