We are immediately filling dedicated slots operating out of the Berwick, PA hub. Earn industry-leading mileage and unload rates, drive modern equipment, and get complete corporate health coverage.

THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Gross a top-tier average of $1,600 to $1,900 per week. Compensation features an aggressive $1.10 CPM, $270 unload pay per load, and $17 per stop.
THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Regional dedicated dispatches launching from the Berwick, PA terminal, logging roughly 1,000 miles per week. Physical Unload Details: Hands-on store delivery involving 5,000+ piece full manual unloads (live store drops). Operations feature night dispatches and tight retail dock maneuvering.
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Weekly Resets: Get home reliably every week for a full 34-hour restart. Day and night shift windows are available with weekend work required. Guaranteed OFF for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day!
QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING:
- Trainees Welcome: 0 months experience required if you possess a valid Class-A CDL with at least 120 hours of accredited school training.
- Experienced Drivers: Open to drivers with verified Class-A tractor-trailer experience.
- Hiring Zone: Must reside within 50 miles of approved hiring ZIP codes across PA, NJ, and MD (including Berwick, Harrisburg, and Bethlehem metro areas).
- Toxicology: Clean results required on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screens.
