Class-A Heavy Haul Regional Driver | Home Weekly & High Weekly Miles | Near Sumner, WA

What is the realistic weekly earning potential on this run?
- Drivers bring home an average of $1,400 to $1,800 per week.
- Trainees start at $900/week with a 3-month pay guarantee following your first solo dispatch.
- Compensation includes a competitive base rate, loaded mileage pay, $15 stop pay, and monthly performance bonus opportunities.
Where will I be driving and what cargo will I move?
- Dedicated heavy-haul dry van routes launch directly from the Sumner, WA hub (running East and South lanes) with all dispatches returning straight back to the terminal.
- You'll run 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week handling preloaded trailers, drop-and-hooks, and live unloads located adjacent to the terminal facility. (Chaining required during winter weather).
How does home time work on this account?
- Enjoy flexible, frequent home breaks ranging from every few days to weekly 34-hour restarts.
- Weekend rotations are mandatory to keep heavy-haul freight moving smoothly according to customer dispatch schedules.
What qualifications and employee benefits come with this role?
- Open to Trainees (valid Class-A CDL + 120+ school training hours; 0 months experience required) and Experienced Drivers (6 months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the past 5 years).
- Must live within 75 miles of hiring ZIP codes in WA or Western ID and pass mandatory pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screens.
